Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns on most dresses. To start a return, email us at info@manhattandress.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please put "RETURN" in the subject line and include your order number and the reason for the return.

We will reply with a Return Request Number (RR#). Ship the dress back within 7 business days of getting your RR#, and write the RR# on the package. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the dress back to us.

Dresses must be unworn, unaltered and have all original tags attached.

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Size exchanges have no restocking fee. The same rules apply: unworn, tags attached, and requested within 5 business days of delivery.

Final sale

Clearance items, bridal items and shapewear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours of placing it. After your order has been processed (payment verified and the dress ordered and confirmed with the designer):

• In-stock items: 25% cancellation fee
• Pre-order items: 50% cancellation fee
• Special orders cannot be cancelled, because they are made for you
