How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every U.S. order. International shipping rates are shown at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 4 to 7 business days. Pre-order and special-order dresses take 15 to 30 business days. You get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
How do I find my size?
Each dress page has the designer's size guide. If you are between sizes, or you need the dress for a certain date, contact us before you order.
Are the dresses authentic?
Yes. We sell designer dresses from the designers named on each dress page.
Do you match lower prices?
Yes. Found the same dress for less? Email us the link before you order, and we will match the price. The dress must be the same designer, style number, color and size. It must be new and in stock, from an authorized U.S. seller. Clearance, bridal and wedding dresses are not included.
What is your return policy?
Most dresses can be returned if you email us within 5 business days of delivery. The dress must be unworn with tags attached. A 15% restocking fee applies. Clearance, bridal and wedding dresses are final sale. Read the full policy.
