Placing your order
After you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. This email is your order receipt. If anything needs to change, contact us right away at info@manhattandress.com or through live chat, before your order is processed.
Processing time
All orders depend on the designer's availability. Most orders ship within 4–7 business days. Pre-order and special-order items take 15–30 business days. If an item is back-ordered, we will let you know by email. You will get tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Cancellations
You can cancel for free within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, cancellation fees apply. See our Return Policy for details.
Shipping
Free standard shipping on every U.S. order. Expedited shipping is a $100 flat rate. International rates are shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Sales tax
Sales tax is added to orders shipped to addresses in New York.
Sizing
Our dresses follow each designer's size chart. Before ordering, measure your bust, waist and hips and compare them to the designer's size chart on the dress page. Many designer dresses run small, so if you are between sizes we suggest sizing up. Size exchanges have no restocking fee (see our Return Policy).
