Ordering:
Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation. This email serves as your order receipt. Should there be any changes, please contact us immediately. Your order is processed based on availability. Once your order ships we will provide you with the tracking number. If an item is back ordered you will be notified by email or phone number.
Processing:
All orders are subject to product availability. Your order will be processed 24 hours after it is placed. Nearly all orders are available to ship within 4-7 business days. To expedite your order please contact us directly!
If you need to make changes to your order please contact us before it has been processed.
Order Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. We can not guarantee a cancellation if we are contacted after the initial 24 hours.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to customers within New York. Sales tax is subject to change.
Shipping:
We offer free ground shipping within the United States. Expedited shipping is based on product availability and the shipping address. Please note we ship our orders with USPS, UPS, and Fedex. We also ship internationally except for the designer, Alex Evening.
General Sizing:
Our designer dresses are cut according to the size chart. Before ordering the dress we recommend getting your bust, waist, and hip measurements taken, then inputting the measurements in to the designer size chart. It is also recommend to size up, as most of our designer dresses are cut small. If a size does not work for you we offer free exchanges for a new size. Some exclusions may apply.
