Please call us within 5 business days of receiving the dress, to notify us of its return.
Items unworn with all original tags still attached can be exchanged for a new item without a restocking fee.
You may return the dress for a refund less 20% restocking fee.
To begin the return process please contact us via email at email@example.com. PLEASE INCLUDE RETURN IN THE SUBJECT LINE. Please also include the order number and reason for return in the body of the email. You will receive a follow up email with a Return Request Number (RR#) .
Once you receive your RR# please ship back to us within 7 business days. Make sure to include the RR# on the packaging.
Please note that shipping costs will not be returned.
We will match competitors prices! If you find an item at the time of purchase for a lower price please contact us and we will match the price (some exclusions apply).
If you need to cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
Any order that is cancelled after the first 24 hours will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
We can not guarantee a cancellation if we are contacted after the initial 24 hours.
