Returns:

Please call us within 5 business days of receiving the dress, to notify us of its return.

Items unworn with all original tags still attached can be exchanged for a new item without a restocking fee.
You may return the dress for a refund less 20% restocking fee.

To begin the return process please contact us via email at info@manhattandress.com. PLEASE INCLUDE RETURN IN THE SUBJECT LINE. Please also include the order number and reason for return in the body of the email. You will receive a follow up email with a Return Request Number (RR#) .
Once you receive your RR# please ship back to us within 7 business days. Make sure to include the RR# on the packaging.

Please note that shipping costs will not be returned.

 

Price Match:

We will match competitors prices! If you find an item at the time of purchase for a lower price please contact us and we will match the price (some exclusions apply).

 

Order Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. 

Any order that is cancelled after the first 24 hours will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

We can not guarantee a cancellation if we are contacted after the initial 24 hours. 

 

Final Sale:

Please note that all body shape wear is final sale.

All Clearance and Bridal Items are Final Sale and can not be returned or exchanged! 


International Restrictions:

We are not able to ship Alex Evening styles outside of the United States. We are only able to ship within the United States.
